What is RPA?
Robotic process automation (RPA) refers to software that can be easily programmed to perform basic and repetitive tasks in all applications. RPA creates and implements a software robot with the ability to start and operate other software.
Robotic process automation (RPA) is the term used for software tools that partially or fully automate human activities that are manual, rule-based, and repetitive. They work by replicating the actions of a real human being interacting with one or more software applications to perform tasks such as data entry, processing standard transactions, or answering simple customer service inquiries.
But even with these considerations, organizations are realizing tangible and concrete benefits from robotic process automation.

RPA Benefits:

The following are the advantages of RPA:
  1. Building a unified view of the customer
  2. Higher employee productivity
  3. More precision and quality
  4. Higher customer satisfaction
  5. Economic
  6. Up to 80% reduction in AHT (mean handling time)
  7. Up to 90% reduction in ART (mean time to resolution)

I'm not a trendy person, so all the platforms and trends that become popular aren't my thing, and I believe most of them are overrated.
