Unexpected error Error during Web API HTTP Request

Hi Ravikumar ,

We will get 401 HTTP Error response from the web server when we have passed wrong user name , Password or credentials required to perform specified operation. make sure you have passed right credentials to the skill.

When you have subscribe the Vision API that time they ask for the region so mentioned selected region while subscription of the vision API.
