    you should trigger the resource PCs from command prompt only then you will be able to see the machines in control room as available.

    before running the process in scheduler you have to schedule the login agent, say 1 min before your process then it will work.

    I am facing the same issue, however blueprism recommended to enable outbound port of interactive client and inbound port of resource PC to be enabled with port 8181 which is default port of resource PC, however still the same is not working. Appreciate if any help comes from the larger forum
