you can do one thing, sort percentage values to other collection, use get next empty cell down,left or right according to template of your excel (or collection if you already got csv file) and put decision stage that if empty cell exist than go directly to end stage otherwise continue with the loop

you want to check cell null values? By that you mean that which cell has null value or you want to remove null value?

you can put decision stage and tell blue prism that check when z rows comes then do this or that( whatever action you want to play with it)
