automation anywhere disconnects

Hi ,
I have hosted bot in Virtual machine . bot disconnect sometime , when I delete the usersessiondatastroage.dat in automation anywhere clientfiles folder it is working fine,

Do u know what is the rootcause?

I have the same problem, any solution ? or someone knows what information is stored in the file usersessiondatastroage.dat ?

There is a knowledge base article called: Client Disconnect
It has not resolved my issue. I have had luck on some PCs stopping/starting the client service and rebooting and its good for awhile but on some probelmatic PCs it will be a constant problem.
