Convert dataitems to collection?

Let's say
I have 6 data items.
I want these 6 data items to be converted into single collection under one column.

Hi Naresh,

Read the values of each of the data items and then use the Collection action 'Add Row' and then a Calc stage to insert the data item to the Collection.
