can anyone please help me out with Citrix, for All Scripts , Screen scraping the text it is showing invalid characters.

Hi

Try to work a little bit with the scale in the Screen Scraping wizard.

Scale - Try with a different scale
Try to change the Character filter to custom and allow and deny some characters
Try to check Invert or uncheck.
