HTML mode identify does not work on windows 10

Hello everyone,

I am trying use HTML mode in Application modeller, but this function does not exist. I selected Browser-based application in app wizard.

Hello,
Just close the Blue Prism and re-open and check the html spy-mode is available or not.

many pages are not working in html mode. Yo have to either use accessibility mode or region mode to spy the sections for which yo are not able to spy using html mode

Really? but when I use Windows 8, this mode work correctly.

Guys, I was installing VMWare workstation but I couldnt, cuz my Credential Guard/Device Guard is enabled fails with BSOD. I did this solution: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2146361
Now I can use HTML mode, but I not sure why
