Login Agent Issue - 0xc000006d

Hi All,

We've set up the login agent as instructed in the Blue Prism documentation but have been getting the following error when running the process from the control room.
Has anyone encountered this error message before and if so what was the solution?

I've checked the credentials several times and have confirmed the correct steps had been followed during set up along with the global security policy prerequisites.

Run Log Error - "ERROR: : 0xc000006d: The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication information."
