We are facing some problems with the Blue Prism Scheduler. We don’t know why, but the Runtime get disconnected from de Aplicattion Server, sometimes it takes 3 days, and other it takes 6 hours.
When the Scheduler launch a process, fails because the runtime is offline.
Could you please help us? We have tried all the solutions that we found on the portal, but no one fix the problem.
