How to spy setting on internet explorer?

Hi sna,

Which window, tab or dialog of the IE Settings are you looking to spy?

Use Win32 Mode

Win32 mode highlights home,favourites and setting all together..Ui mode highlighted them individually but when drop down opens ui can not identify element in that...

Alt X is the keyboard shortcut to open the Settings menu. So use a Global Sendkeys to send the Alt X key combination.
Make sure to activate the IE window before sending the keys.

Once the menu is opened, there are two options

i. Hit any of the underlined access keys. For eg; to open the File menu, send the 'F' key.
Take care about pressing the key those many number of times in case where there are same letters underlined For eg; menu and Manage have the same letter underlined.

ii. Another option is to send the Down arrow key those many number of times.
For eg; to activate the Zoom menu, send Down key 2 times (Although it is the 3rd option, send 2 times because the Print menu gets the focus as soon as you press Alt X). Need to do the same to press any of the sub menus.

eg; {DOWN 5} will send the Down arrow 5 times.
