Blue Prism and Outlook 64-bit

Can anybody suggest alternatives for Blueprism to send emails via Outlook 64-bit. I know Blueprism doesnt support 64-bit, but we are forced to use only 64-bit and dont have an option to degrade to 32-bit. So wondering if anybody has come accross this issue? If so what options have you guys implemented to get this through.

Current System Conf; WIN 10 , MS-office Suite : 64 bit

Hi raghuram,

I believe you are using MAPIEx which will not work with 64-bit Outlook.
Can you see if you are able to make use of 'Email - POP3/SMTP' VBO available in Blue Prism to achieve what you are doing.

1.If ur company is a partner of Blue Prism, u can mail to their support team to create a vbo one which works for u.(Recently, i heard that the BP team is creating such one to their partners)
2.As VJR said, u can try with Email- POP3/SMTP vbo.
