drop down menu in sap cannot be accessed

i am so tired of drop downs in sap.

anyways, i now have a drop down that i want to press to get a invoice as pdf. i cannot identify the menu bar and use select menu item. i am only able to set focus to it. so i tried doing that and sent enter key to root element but doesnt work. any ideas?

Try these approaches :
1) SAP is famous for having keyboard shortcuts. Ask the SME to see if this button has a keyboard shortcut.
2) If you have script recording and playback enabled in SAP, record the script of the button being clicked.
The script with minor adjustments can be written inside a code stage (SAP produces script in VB which is supported by Blue Prism code stages)
3) Worst case, Region Mode

hi. no it is not accessable via menu bar, only via this drop down menu which i cannot manage to open in BP yet
