How to save outlook mail and attachment in blueprism

I need to save a outlook mail and attachment in MyComputer... How to do??

What version of BP do you have? After 6.3 there’s the MS Outlook VBO that you could use.

i am using save attachment action, but its asking me entry Id, can you help me how i can get entry ID?

First you have to use the action "Get Received Items (Basic)" to retrieve the mail from which you want to save the attachment. Output of this action is a collection in which you will also find the Entry ID. You can then use these in the action "Save Attachment".

But now i am getting error while using 'get received item(basic)' , in get email code stage, did i missing anything like dll?

Did you already try to filter only by Sender Email and Subject and not by Sender Name?

Yes i tried almost all combinations but did not try name and subject, just tried and it worked. Thanks Stephanie.
