How to write text in different fields in Ms word?

I am trying to select the appropriate fields and fill in the necessary information In word document. Can you please help how to write information in different places/fields in word document?

Find/Replace works well for this. However, if you are doing this to populate letters for a mailing, then Word Mail Merge is better. I have posted on this topic before with explanation of a solution that I use for mail merge. I'm sure you will be able to find it using the search function on this site.
