MS Excel VBO Issue

Hi All,

When BOT tries to save the excel file in shared path drive it throws the error message :

"Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Call was rejected by callee. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED))"

Can someone please suggest what needs to be done.

That problem it might be connected with the instability of the network drive connection.

A solution is to save the workbook locally and then use the action Move file, to move it to the shared folder

We did try to save the file locally and then move to shared drive path, it failed with same message.

I think u should use the same vbo as u use in previous actions.....

There could be many reasons for this error.
Office installation could be incomplete or on trial. Excel could be still working when you try to save it. There could be a "popup" with something.

I'd suggest you trying to google the error detail message and try finding the reason why it's happening.
