Solved Not able to delete process in BP

Hi ,

I am not able to delete process .Getting error :

"An error occurred while deleting the process: Could not delete the process. This process has been run before and is required for audit"

Please help.

Hi Nidhi,

Yes this message occurs because Blue Prism internally maintains some data for audit trails whenever a process is run.

To delete a process try this-
- Go to 'System' tab
- Then 'Archiving'
- On the right hand side under 'Database data', find your process, tick it and then delete it
- Go back to the 'Studio' and then delete again with appropriate comments.
