There is no option to rename queue at control room.
You can rename a Queue by navigating to System Tab -> Workflow ->Work Queues. On the right side, you can find all the work queues listed. Choose a queue you like to rename and change the 'Name' field and click on 'Apply' button at bottom right corner. On success, the change in queue name would reflect in the Control Room. (No pop-up or message would appear indicating successful change in queue name)
Note: You have to make necessary changes to the 'Process' with new queue name for successful execution.
