As I said in my introduction, I have some very basic questions as we are trying to find sor most suitable RPA tool for our department.
When looking for pricing informations I discovered that some RPA tools have a licence cost per robot and some by process.
My question is : can a robot handle more than one process ?
ie: can the same robot run process 1 to create vendors in SAP and process 2 to create accounts in the chart of accounts.
If a robot can run more than one process, is it just a matter of scheduling ? How can we estimate the number of processes a robot will be able to run.
