servicenow - BP Crash while identifying some elements

Hi,
I am working on Service now automation. I have created a developer instance on the below website. https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/home

I am trying to spy the elements in different modes. The problem I am facing is , while spying some elements, like Incident tab, BP crashes directly.

I have configured application modeller in "Browser based application".I tried with different spy modes, but no help

Hello, I am facing the same problem, for what ever reason BP crashes when Identifying a field using different modes.

The reason is Internet explorer is recommended for Browser Automation using BP but , service now is coded on Java and hence it is not stable with IE. One solution to this problem is use Mozilla Firefox Browser.
