Unable to connect to the remote server

While working on email automation,i am facing issue "Unable to connect to the remote server".
Configure action is working fine, list message action it is throwing below error.

"Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Failure sending mail. - Unable to connect to the remote server"

Earlier it was working list message action also but now it is not working.Please help me to resolve this issue.

If it is Email POP3/SMTP then please check the values are correctly given there as :Username: <xxx@gmail.com> password: <xxxx> POP3 Server: pop.gmail.com SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com POP3 Port: 995 SMTP Port: 587 POP3 UseSSL: True SMTP UseSSL: True

Hi poorvi,
i have the same problem.
I m using the pop/smtp server gmail... The credential (as user and password, and number port and all) are correct, but BluePrism continue to send me the same error --> "Server not found".
I d tryed to ping the 2 server, and the ping goes at good end.
Finally u had solved the problem?
