I have never had to automate anything involving Facebook, but you should be able to do these things using Facebook's API's. Search for Facebook API in Google and you will we able to find their API's and learn about them.
Blue Prism includes WebAPI capability under the System tab, and there is an API Guide on the BP portal that explains how to use them. It is fairly easy to set up a WebAPI, which is then used in your process much like any other Object.
