Failed to get effective run mode - Unable to calculate run mode - object file_attachment missing

Hi All,

While running from control room on a machine we are getting an error

"Failed to get effective run mode - Unable to calculate run mode - object file_attachment missing"

But its running fine in process studio

Please note we are reusing some on the objects from other processes.
