In BP, limitation to add data in collection? maximum no of record? how to add data to collection with some value?

I want to know that what is the maximum no of limit to add rows in the collection? and 2nd one if in excel there were a 100 records, but I want to add only 20 to my collection. how can I do?

Haha. Not 20, its only example for that. Already asking maximum no. Its about lakhs records.
