Hey guys,
last night, a process completed successfully. About an hour later, the next process failed to start with the following error:
Task: XXX threw an exception: Resource XXX was unavailable: The state given was: InUse
All the following process failed to start with the same error. In the Control Room, resource indeed said In Use.
I logged in to the machine, no one else was logged in except the generic account used to run the process and nothing was running. The only thing I noticed is that in the system tray, there were 2 Automate icons. I exited both and restarted automate.exe, disconnected from the resource, started the process from the BP console on interactive client and it has been working fine since then.
so I have 2 questions for the experts:
1-What should I be looking for in the event viewer or maybe automate logs?
2-Is there any way to get an alert when a process doesn't even start? we are on BP 5.0.30
thank you in advance!
