Run Process on VDI

Hi,

I've a Blue Prism process which works perfectly fine on the machine is open. But, if I try to run the process on the remote desktop, the robot fails to identify the SAP application that has been launched just before that. Did anyone have the same problem like this or any idea about how to solve this? Thanks

Just found the solution. It works fine when it is logged in to the RDP using Login Agent and then run the process on RDP. Thanks

Can you elaborate the solution on how this is achieved? Is any specific configuration has to be done on Login Agent? Please assist me in getting this solution as i'm too stuck up here.

Hi i am also facing same issue so i have solve using following steps:

1. Restart Virtual Desktop.
2. Login Virtual Desktop with Login agent process.
3) Once virtual desktop in Ready to run process.
4) Drag your process on virtual desktop resource.
5)and start the execution the execution of process will done successfully.
