Sap 760 spying issue

Hi,
I am facing an issue where an already spyied/running element with SAP Logon 740 is not spyable with upgraded SAP Logon 760.
PFA the element pic.
Any suggestions on how to solve this. Is there any configuration changes that needs to be done?
Also for this particular element when trying to respy, SAP mode is not enabled (rest modes are working).

Regards
Nehil

Tell us more about the SAP mode not enabled.
What do you mean by *for this particular element*
Spying doesn't depend on any element. You should either get SAP Mode while spying anything in SAP, OR you will NOT have SAP Mode showing up. It should not alter for specific elements.

If SAP Mode is not visible check if Client Side + Server Side scripting is enabled (RZ11 TCode + SAP 760 Logon GUI settings)
There's a document on Blue prism portal on it.

Seems there is known issue in sap 760. Hence I faced this this issue. Even SAP inbuilt record and play option is not responding.
Thx for looking into it.
