Spy Problem

Hi everyone
I'm stuck, I can not spy this pop up by any mode of spy it gives me this error (There was an error during the spying operation) I do not know how to do with the mode region and the most complicate is that you have to extract the written code (underline in red)
info: pop up does not always reappear in the same position
