Unable to connect to control room server

Hello Folks,

While I am trying to connect to control room with a client it was showing an error like unable to connect to the server. I also tried to login into control room from the system in which I have installed server but it was showing the same error which I have attached i.e; unable to connect to the server. I checked the services in the system where control room installed they are all in running state. Could anyone suggest what should I do now?

Please make sure SQLServer.exe is running in task manager or else go to services.msc in run and start the same and login to client.
