Unable to Start the Process

Hello Team,

I have recently renewed my license of Blueprism but still unable to start the process and getting the following error message:-

Try logging out and then log back in.

Thanks this has been resolved now. there was an process already lying in the pending state which I founded later on and deleted that session in order to fix this issue.
