Urgent Chrome doenst work proper

Hi all,

we have a big Problem with Google Chrome

Our operating System is Windows 10 with BP 6.5.1.

Chrome Version 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 Extension Pack 2

Sometimes the browsermode is working and the process runs in the right way, but sometimes the mode doesnt work. All other modes are working. So the Process is correctly attached. Restarting Chrome or Reboot the system doesnt work.

We tried to figure out the issue with all chrome versions with the same result.

Any clue about that issue?

Not exactly sure if this helps your situation but the release notes from BP 6.6 in the updates says something along the lines of:
Blue Prism was unable to interact with Chrome or Firefox when processes launched a locally installed application followed by a browser-based application. This issue only occurred if a spy mode setting had been used prior to using the browser automation mode. This issue has now been resolved.
