Sending email with Outlook VBO from virtual machine

Hi,

I am having trouble sending emails using the Outlook VBO on a machine different than the one I am logged on.
I am running my process from a virtual machine on another resource machine.
The emails are not sent though. The only way I can send them is if I login into the resource machine.
I don't see any error in the log of the process, the process just remains stuck in the send email stage for 1 or two minutes and then shows "Terminated".
I am running BP version 6.5.0.12573.

You would need to check certain points .

1- outlook profile is configured with login id
2- server details correctly configured
3- send mail action stage have proper input details
4- Atleast you can verify to send mail manually from outlook .

You could also use EWS vbo , mapiex vbo and pop3-smtp vbo To went mail

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. I have found the issue. I was using an environment variable for the email recipient which was not longer available. I corrected that and the process worked.
